Friendly and helpful staff, good location, close to attractions, amazing rate, beautiful and clean swimming pool, central location to Naama Bay and old Sharm El Sheikh.

This place has great staff and rooms, and the pool was really fun - it's the perfect place to stay for a trip to the area.

* I took a deluxe room..the first two Nights the ac was broke down,,, after 6 calls and asking them to either fix it or change the room,they changed it on the 3rd night. * The second room the ceiling was leaking and the ACing was Bad also. * Zero customer service * you have to ask them 10 times if you need anything

This hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways. the location was perfect - right on the beach in Naama Bay, with stunning views and easy access to water sports. Secondly, the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Thirdly, the rooms were kept clean and tidy, with fresh towels provided every day. Lastly, the value for money was exceptional, with breakfast included in the price. We couldn't have asked for more from our stay.

No improvements needed, everything was fantastic.

Location is good being near the center of Neama bay, in the vicinity of the sook and almost on the promenade walkway. Residents of Kahramana hotel have free access to viva beach, within 5 min walking from hotel. The beach itself is very beautiful.

Although the staff is excellent, we felt that the management of the hotel is not proper. While we had a confirmation email from Booked.net we realized at our arrival that our reservation is less by one day and that the available room type is different from our request. Staff managed to fix situation at own risk.

The hotel offered fresh, varied and tasty food options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with daily housekeeping. the hotel location was perfect, within easy walking distance to local restaurants and shops, and just a few steps away from the beach.

The hotel can be noisy at times, especially during the evenings. the Wi-Fi connection was not very strong and kept disconnecting, which was frustrating for business purposes.

The breakfast selection was limited, with poor quality juice. The hotel lacked transportation to the beach, which made it difficult to access.
